      Completely disappointed….

      Five items ordered… only two were “ok”… so small they were ridiculous, and I got the largest sizes! One didn’t even fit her teddy bear! Emailed to ask for partial refund and waited for reply… nothing! Then realised it’s too late to send back; so I’m stuck with these jumpers that don’t fit her. She’s not a standard, she’s a mini… so I’m thoroughly disappointed! For what they are, they’re very overpriced.

      Hi Sarah, we have sent you a copy of the response to your email. We responded with return instructions just over an hour after you had initially emailed (10.31pm on 19th March). We are trying our best to standardise sizing across ranges, however some of our older stock runs small, and some products are more suitable for puppies, which is why we kindly ask customers to check the measurements on each listing to ensure the correct fit is achieved. We are always happy to help with this. For the Teddy Jumper you ordered a L which is a 12 inch back. Based on the other items on your order, an XL or XXL may have been more suitable.       Great outfit but too small. Based it on the size guide provided so, I would recommend sizing up!


      Would have defo got the next size if there had been any in stock.
