RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We will do everything we can do to ensure your items are in perfect condition by the date you require them, however occasionally things can go wrong. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order or customer service experience, we will take steps to resolve the issue at our own expense.
If you have received any of the following; damaged items, incorrect or missing items, items not as described, faulty items, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
If you change your mind about an item, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the items within 7 working days for a refund of the item/s. Please contact us by email and we will provide you with an address for you to return the items at your cost. Please include your name and order number in the package. Please note that postage @ £3.99 will be deducted from all refunds.
We no longer offer an exchange service, therefore please return the item to us and we will issue you with a refund enabling you to reorder.
