Sausage Dog Box is the Home of Dachshund Clothes and Harnesses,  Coats and Jumpers, Gifts, Accessories and Essentials for your Sausage Dog. 

We offer £4.99 standard delivery or free for orders over £45 to most UK postcodes. Orders are insured and tracked, except greeting cards which use Royal Mail standard delivery. You receive an email confirmation after ordering - please check your junk/spam box too.

We aim to dispatch items the next working day, using Royal Mail 48 hour service. However we ask customers to allow 7 working days from dispatch for your items to arrive. If your parcel hasn't arrived by then, please contact us for further investigation. Royal Mail delivery times might sometimes exceed the standard window, which is beyond our control. Customers will receive a tracking number for visibility on expected delivery dates.

 

Some larger items may be dispatched separatly to other items. This is to ensure we get your items to you as quickly as possible whilst maintaining our commitment to reducing carbon emissions.

UK delivery options:

• 48-hour delivery: £4.99, free for orders over £45

• Fast Shipping (24 hours tracked*): £6.49

• Special Delivery (Guaranteed next day*): £11.99

*Orders need to be placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders after 12pm will be shipped the next working day. Orders made on Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day but delivered is estimated for the following Monday. 24 hour and 48 hour services are not promised by Royal Mail within that timeframe.

International Shipping
We are now able to ship to over 80 countries worldwide via an International Tracked and Signed service through Royal Mail. Please note that any extra taxes or customs fees are the customer's responsibility however most countries we ship to do not require anything further paying. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at sales@sausagedogbox.co.uk and we will endeavour to find a shipping provider.

Please take note that if you spend over £45, you're eligible for free shipping. However, as a small business we are unable to offer free shipping if items are returned due to carrier and fulfilment fees. £4.99 may be deducted from your refund to cover these fees so please ensure you measure your dachshund prior to ordering clothing items.
