Are returns free?

Returns are not free.

​

A £3.50 return label fee applies to all UK returns (unless your item is faulty or incorrect).

​

This helps us keep our product prices fair and sustainable.

 How to return an item (UK customers)

​

Step 1

Purchase your return label:

 Purchase Return Label – £3.50

Step 2

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to our Royal Mail returns portal. Enter your order details exactly as they show on your order confirmation email.

Step 3

Follow the link to generate your return label:

• Print at home or

• Use a QR code at the Post Office

​

Step 4

Package your item securely and send it back to us.

 International returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UK:

• You will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable

 Important return conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Items must be free from dog hair, dirt, and odours

• Items must be unwashed

• All tags must be attached (where provided)

• Items must be returned in their original frosted bag (where provided)

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery

Please ensure items are tried on carefully.

​

Returns that require cleaning or repackaging may be subject to a reasonable deduction.

​

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a deduction if items are not returned in a resellable condition.

​

If your order qualified for free shipping  (over £90 UK) however you later return the full order, the equivalent postage cost of £4.99 will be deducted from any refund due to cover shipping and processing fees already incurred.

 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to stock availability.

If you would like a different size or style:

• Please return your item for a refund

• Then place a new order

 Faulty or incorrect items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before returning:

We’ll arrange this for you at no cost.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow 3–5 working days for processing

• Your bank may take additional time to complete the refund

International Returns

Please arrange your return using a courier of your choice and send it to the address below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
