RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 14 Day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to send your return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us first if you need to return a sale item (exclusions apply).
We recommend that you carefully try new items indoors, just in case you need to return them.
OUR SIMPLE 3 STEP RETURNS PROCESS:
1. Pop your item(s) in a packaging bag with a note of which items you are returning and why. Please also include you order number and your name.
2. Post back to us (we advise you use a tracked service) Address:

3. Once your return has been received and checked we will aim to process your return within 7 working days.
Please inspect the items upon receiving your order and contact us ASAP if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/size so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items, the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
